Um... how about sleeping sometimes? I've heard that it helps. Not that I'm not sleeping, only haven't noticed that it does help that much. And I'm hit by acute insomnia every time I wake up - should I be worried?
There are degrees of "worried":
For example, if you accidentally place a comma (",") in an object geneology, you get an error message - and then you fix and try again. This is normal.

But, if you put a comma in the reference geneology everytime you script an object - then maybe you are at the moderately worried stage - especially if your keyboard is functioning properly. You should be extremely worried, however, should the keyboard not have a comma key and your script still presents your object geneology with commas instead of dots.

To be truely worried, entering "erase *,exe" in the command window (note the comma before "exe") will erase the entire folder (don't do this). We know we have crossed the threshold when we erase with a comma more than once in our career. At those times we hold our breath until our face falls off!:) Wanna smell my cast?
