Hi All,

I've created a database in MS-SQL Server 2000. When I Try to take the backup of the database either from the Enterprize Manager or the Query Analyzer, it fails giving the error that "the backup operation is falied... see the errorlog for details". when I see the errorlog, it was recorded that the backup was falied due to "File Access Denied".

Please help me out as I'm trying to take a complete backup to a disk file.
