Good question. Normally this is supposed to work but doesn't (does work with Excel):
oWord.Commandbars("Standard").Visible = .t.
oWord.Commandbars("Formatting").Visible = .t.
For open/save dialog search for it. I don't remember the solution but was solved (hard to find code in which it was solved).
