Thanks. Never having worked with SQLServer I don't know what the loss of @@Identity means. I get the impression from the VistaDB site that this is a work in progress and that they are adding features and fixing bugs on an almost daily basis. My real concern is for its core stability and speed. Would you do other projects with it?
