It's not really intermittent now, I *expect* my connection to drop at least once per hour, 2 hours if I'm really lucky. I did get this kind of problem a couple of months ago and found out that my cable wasn't thightly snap in my modem (d'Oh!). The problem went away after that, but now it's back at full force. I even changed my cable that connect my modem to my computer, but I'm still having this problem.
Didn't notice a difference after installing SP 2.

>I had a similar sounding problem (but I have a router in my configuration, for what that's worth) when my ISP sold out to another and I had to switch setups and after much diagnosis they opened a "ticket" (WOW... so official sounding!) and it took to next morning for it to be fixed.
