Oh ya, sorry! I guess I should've specified what exactly we're doing here...

On our website members have the capability of downloading forms (some pdf others ms docs).

We have two server with a passive, sticky load balancer that delegates the calls to each server. Both our server used to be W2K Servers - we recently decided to switch them over to W2K3 Servers. We only upgraded one server by doing a full install (from scratch) on the box. We installed all the necessaery services to run the web sites and installed all the files needed get the website up and running.

Since we have a group that handles our document management all the documents and pdf's are on a different server which is a W2K Server with File Share Service on it.

We've tried putting the folder that has the files as a virtual with a domain user login account as well as going directly to the share using UNC Path's. Both methods have been unsuccessful.

Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated!
