I had personal contacts with Foxsoftware Inc. before MS (FOX since 1984). Lets count peoples worked then with in INC. / end users / developers using FOX. Even then MS was more than willing to buy the whole company with BIG money and I don't think that there is much of deficit of Fox peoples. On the contrary I believe. So why such of change of course from MS???
