I use Rich Simpson's Mind's Eye Report Engine, and I love it. It's not cheap, but if you need the features, it's well worth it. Read more about Mind's Eye Report Engine at http://www.mindseyeinc.com/ReportEngine/index.htm, where you also can download the beta for free.
