C/S id for automotive firm(over 10 users), but we have the similar problem for application done for landscaping firm - type of business and system is not important.
Weakness of .Net is in field of Data processing. In this field VFP has a lot of advantages.

Advantage of .Net is in reach GUI and fast development of web applications, if most of the data processing is done on the SQLServer. But in this advantage there also problems - HTML code produced with .Net has many additional tags - it is directed to situation when most of the users will use broadband connections
