Thanks but no, I don't want to get into cops vs thieves game. I've seen the dialogs change over time with each new version of Outlook - and I can't afford to babysit the application. Even though I can access (via Citrix) the machine where it should run - how do I know when I need to look at it? The admin there may just install a fresh version of anything at any time, and I wouldn't know it.

I need something clean and simple. Any user intervention required is a showstopper in this case, and third-party tools are also close.

I just need to pull the data off the server.
