Hi Dragan,

Not sure of the feasibility of this, but maybe the creation of a rule within Exchange that senses the receipt of a message from FedEx. It then could conceivably run a script against the message that would output the contents of the email to some sort of file (text?) that you could then process outside of Outlook.
