Hi Brian,
I see that my prior message was mangled by some sort of automated message mangling routine. Here it is again.
I've never seen this GENMENUX problem before. Try this: Remove the menu from the project, then add it again. Sometimes when an item or project is moved the pointers get hoplessly confused.
You should remove the item [File] from your strings table. The way INTL works is if there was a shortcut key in the original, then a shortcut key will be inserted into the localization (if one is specified). If there is no shortcut key in the original, then none will be added to the localization. Thus [(SHORTCUTSYMBOL)File] and [File] are the same item and the second one is confusing things here.
> Issue 1: when GENMENUX is used, the path to the menu in the locfile call is altered as such:
>
>ON SELECTION PAD QUOTES OF _MSYSMENU ;
> DO _ruq0vzu33 ;
> IN LOCFILE("\M2MWIND\SAMAIN" ,"MPX;MPR|FXP;PRG" ,"WHERE is SAMAIN?")
