I'm quite sure, Denis, that your name has now gone up in the list of people who need "re-education" in how to be a good compliant consumer who can find blame anywhere but where it belongs.
There are a few models of such here and I am very surprised that you haven't YET (!!!... how thick are you???) caught on to the standard 'it's not [insert company name here] fault, it's the contactor they've out-sourced the job to'.
