I have a dream...

Of my company being the last one to answer to its customers over the phone without oursourcing to India or China. What should come out of this? Simple customers will tell folks they know "Hey you should do business with this company. It's the only place I call where we understand each other without having to repeat 30 time or spell each words." <vbg>

Perhaps the small companies will help in that regard. When the big guys start to lose customers to the small guys (even if it's more expensive to deal with the small guys) because of the after-sale support then they'll wake up. But sadly this will last only until the big guys find a new way to earn a lot of money while paying as less as possible to make the products they sell.
