I will try the defrag Jim and let you know, but I have serious doubts that is the problem (I have been wrong before).

FYI...
I am using the same PC that I used with the Beta (it is also the same PC with VFP8). The project file and all included files are coming from the same network drive. I am using the same Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware as ever. I am running XP SP2 on a 2.8ghz P4 with 512mb RAM, the drive containing my VFP installations has 100 Gig. free.
