Yes. Seems to be getting confused and not finding localhost so it might have something to do with the way it looks at IE connections.

If it is just a standalone PC I question the wisdom and complexity of using IIS and webforms at all. I guess it would be easier and simple to just deal with Winforms or a VFP EXE but you must have a reason for it I guess.
