actually in the explorer u can just use the conventions u are used to from anywhere else CTRL-C - to copy CTRL-X - cut and CTRL-V paste (it is a move if u cut the origianl and it is a copy if u used copy)

if u want to copy many files u can just drag-click ot multiple select by holding CTRL files

also there is no problem with long file names and wildcards
