I have comments and I want to insert a variable, in this particular case, the current date, into the comment. When you hover over the cell, I need it to show whatever text was previously entered, and the current date in the text. Like putting a variable into a Word merge document. "Today is =Now()." I have a feeling it can't be done.

Does anyone know where the comments are stored? Is there a way to extract the text from multiple comments given the cell range? I'm talking about "comments" specifically, not the value in the cells.
