That's fair. <s>

I was with John the whole way in understanding his side. Hell, I live his side to some degree, but I'm also realistic in my expectations from "the company." For him to chastise me for saying that anyone who thinks the company is going to take care of them at their own expense is an idiot, is misplaced. I just felt that the other side of that should be put out there as much as all the sympathy his post generated. Life comes at us hard sometimes and the company is not the one we should expect to be our friend at those times. The company is a fair-weather friend at best.
