I have asked the Anti-Trust Division of the New York Attormey General's office to respond on this issue(tying). Perhaps there is some aspect of the various state's current anti-trust action against MS which would have bearing on this issue. For some time,I have been contemplating a class action against MS on this issue and others. If you come across other articles concerning MS's bad behavior please let me know.
