Yes, I understand formal dress codes if you're in an environment where customers are present (or can drop in at a moment's notice).

But in the absence of customers, I've never understood anything beyond business casual. Maybe it's a personal thing, but I'm as attached to my Nautica sweaters and dockers as Linus is to his blanket!
