We are required every year, too. Addition my car has a system that testing it's exhaust gas every second for pollution.
But please don't name it as "clean air standards". Maybe more less dirty air standarts...

No, I didn't assume that. I'm sure USA doing somethings, but I think so USA should do more. Your country is worlds most developed country. So your country must do much and more.
