When you say all database, do you include master in that? If master is gone then I dont think you can do much about it. If its just data then I would only expect the other database to be marked as suspect or something similar.

If you look in sysdatabase and sysaltfiles in Master it has the location to the other database files you MAY be able to change it through there. I have never tried this and normally wouldnt recommend this kind of thing but it may help you achieve what you want.
