They all behave the same way in that if the path is specified, that's where the temp files go. However, when you don't specify, they can end up in the root directory or the window's temp files directory (that I know of) depending on the version.

It's not that big a deal, especially now that we're moving to VFP (where it DOES work) :) It is frustrating that the documentation STILL requires you to check out many variations to be sure if they're "telling the truth" or not. Trust nothing!
