It wasn't until after I had written a framework that created a batch file (to remove the leftover tmp files) at startup and deleted if the program terminated normally, that I learned that the docs said only drive. Since it was apparent the docs were wrong, everything was fine (at least I'm glad we never went to FPD 2.6, then....).

We must be from a very rare breed that actually RTFM. Even that's harder to do now that alot of docs only come in an on-line or CD version. I used to read the manual cover-to-cover, or at least skim it completely. It seems to trigger some mechanism in my brain that says "I know I've seen that somewheres before", and I could go back to it. Now my only problem is remembering WHERE I saw it!
