Klaps it is. I guess I'm quite often translating - in my mind this was "posećujem već 16 godina" - "I visit already 16 years", where "already" is not a good translation; there's no word for this meaning of "već"... and yes, it doesn't feel right to me to use "have been frequenting" because it's not in the past. I'm still there - actually, I would have been there this moment, had you not jumped in with this.
