That sort of sport is long in use back home, specially online, and numerous "dictionaries" of the kind are circling the web for at least a decade. Off the top of my head, a few translatable ones:

dekret (decree) - dete kreten (child cretin)
čačkalica (toothpick) - cosmetician (čačka lica - picks faces)
selotejp (sellotape) - cassette with folk music (selo - village)
kevin kostner - mom's chiropractor (keva - mom, kost - bone)
bambus (bamboo) - bus crash
mubarak - cow stable (moo barrack)

back to same old

the first online autobiography, unfinished by design
What, me reckless? I'm full of recks!
Balkans, eh? Count them.
