If we loose our appeal, the only other alternative to remove this international tax would be to request a new ruling. The only way a new ruling would confirm us that we do not have to tax our international customers is by forbidden access to the site to Canadian members as well as anyone trying to access it from inside the Canadian borders. The ruling is really straight forward on this. Because the site is not accessed exclusively outside the boundaries, thus, it makes it taxable because one could use it from Canada. So, this is why they are forcing me to tax the international customers. So, as the market is 90% international, loosing 10% will allow me to keep UT running.
