Thanks for responding immediately to my question. I am actually trying this out in the VC# 2005 Express Edition as well.
The standard edition that we have is actually the tool that we use here to develop test program at production. In my program (MFC or VC++.net), I have an Excel class that automates Excel to save the test result in the Excel file. I feel like it would be better to save the test data to real database file (say dbc in foxpro with tables) and manipulate the data using foxpro. But, I have to create an application first to show my boss that this is a better way in the long run.
