Rob,
Thanks for the reply. I am not using any 3rd party tools for this version and I have verified that all the dlls and supporting files were installed. Infact with this version I can move the exe to the desktop and run it, it does not depend on anything.

The error comes up very quickly, before any of my code it seems. One of the fist things I do is to show a splash screen and the customer does not see the splash screen.

Very very odd.
