This is an old problem. The best solution I know is to move ALL the files in the project on the C drive and rebuild the app/exe on C. It's even better if the computer doesn't have a CD drive.

I don't think its got anything to do with the code per se, because I also experience a similar problem when I try to compile FP programs without a CD in my CD drive. I have heard of similar problems with ZIP drives.
