When the server asked how I would like my steak, I would say, "I want to be able to write on the sidewalk with it." My tastes have changed, and now for me the perfect steak is between medium and medium-rare. I find it far more tender, juicy and flavourful that way. Damn! now I've made myself really hungry, and hospital food just falls a little short somehow.
