Here is the thing. Originally I created the directory c:\Subversion_Repository. I did go through the steps, but it gave me an error about the versions.
So, I upgraded the subversion (copied the latest files) and got the same error about versions.
Ok, I re-created the directory with a different name c:\Subversion, but now the Service path still referrs to Subversion_Repository and I don't see a way to change it.
The only one more thing I can try before admitting my defeat again is to delete c:\Subversion, create again c:\Subversion_Repository praying it would work.
UPDATE. Nope, now back to the original error
Error * URL 'svn://IP address/Subversion_Repository' non-existent in that revision
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
