public healthcare is a good idea, but I don't think you can do it efficiently for 350,000,000 people, plus all the illegals that are running around here. You need something a lot more radical then universal healthcare to fix this. but nobody wants to do it becuase you would put a lot of lawyers out of business and it's too politically incorrect to start enforcing border.
