And I didn't know that people create forms in Words. I still can't see what useful purpose such a form would have (I mean created in Word instead of in VB designer).

I believe, it is VB designer anyway, you cannot drop controls on the document if not in design mode, which you may turn on/off clicking on the small triangle in the left upper corner on the Control Toolbox. The very same triangle you can see in Visual Basic Toolbox.
