The watched threads are threads that are marked as being watched. Thus, all incoming messages will fall in the Agent. That includes three types of possibilities. They are Marked messages, Word searching and Subscribved users. In those three content, when reading a message from it, if the related checkbox is checked, then it will go away. But, this does not apply to watched threads. That option has to be disabled when clicking on Unwatched when viewing a message.
