On the beach at Zandvoort they had an excellent idea of large tractors towing trailers which where a stall selling all sorts of fish in bread rolls etc. Including excellent rollmops. I liked the fact you didn't have to trek down the beach to buy stuff you just waited till the trailer was rolling by and hailed the driver.
