If you're really particular, I'm surprised you eat commercial burgers at all. They're generally limited to using 100% beef patties, which is a major limitation.

We've got Red Robins here, I've had burgers at a couple of them but they've been consistently average, nothing to write home about. There could well be regional differences in Red Robin - unlike, say, McDonalds where they are fanatical about consistency.
