I don't know, maybe for the same reason I didn't? Because I'm not Grover. Why PM when you have no association with it? Somehow you are painting him guilty no matter how he acted or refrained from acting which I find interesting.

As I stated before, my concern is with the merging of the messages. Not with the banning. As owner Michel can ban whomever he chooses. I don't like it, but he has that prerogative. I believe in free-enterprise. Whether Kevin is guilty or innocent -- we may never have evidence either way. I don't believe he was Grover, but only Kevin and Grover know for sure. If not, someone is really getting a kick out of this and I'm wondering if Joe bob (or whatever his name was) came back.

However, associating messages not written under one account with another account is concerning to me. As Kevin was immediately banned and all emails blocked at the firewall, he has no way to publicly claim his guilt or innocence and has no control over messages not written under his account now showing up as his messages. That's not online management I'm comfortable with. I find it amazing that you have no problem with it. Would you see it differently if it happened to you? That behavior is awful reminiscent of history when bystanders did not stand up until they were the victim.

I am also quite aware that the only means to show your displeasure with service is by not partaking of that service. I will not EVER post under another identity (wouldn't even consider it) so let it be known if any messages under another account are merged with my account, they are not mine. I would take legal action if it were to ever occur. I also request publicly that if I am ever banned, I wish all of my account information under my profile be removed. I am only waiting to see how the chips fall and will stop posting in chatter completely when it all settles down in order to avoid being a victim myself.
