Hello Kevin,

1. VFP 3.0 is a 32-bit program. It can run in WINDOWS 3.1 too, but it requires the win32s packet between VFP and WIN.
2. BUT! The win32s shipped with Foxpro 3.0 is not for use! It causes your problem. Try to get a newer version of win32s (at least Version 1.30) , install it on your machine, and your program will run fine. A month ago I run into the same problem, and this was the real solution.

The appropriete version of win32s can be found on the Microsoft Technet CD-s, or try to download it from the MS Foxpro site.
