>>I created a report that shows when changes were done to an order and who made the changes. Now I am looking for a title for this report.

>>
>>Order changes audit report
>>Order audit report
>>Order audit of changes report
>>Order changes report
>>

>Neither, because "order" has too many meanings and if it's the first word, it takes reading through to the end to understand which meaning applies.

'Neither' ? C'mon Dragan - you can only use 'neither' when there are only two alternatives :-)

>"Audit of order changes" would be my preference. The "of" is, I guess, early enough to dispell the possibility that the reader may take "audit" as a verb. If you line up four nouns and assume that the reader will automatically use each in the same way as you intended (which noun will act as a verb or an adjective, and if the latter, in which order will they apply), you may expect surprises.
