We spent a summer at the family dairy farm with my late wife's cousins in Bavaria and their diet sounds like yours.
The cheeses, especially, were awesome. Nothing like that here.
Those people, however, lead a much more active physical life than the typical suburban American does. They burn up more calories in a morning than I do in a month.
If I ate the way they do regularly, I'd look like a blimp and I'd be in a cardiac ward.
