This doesn't make any sense. If you want something private, make it private. In here, if you do not want your message to be public, you may use a private message. If a site does not want to be public, they can hide it behind full authentication. Otherwise, Google will get it and index everything. So, I guess Google will be sued by all sites you are referring to. The goal of the Internet is to share information and there has never been anything wrong with that.
