No, I don't have any tools to analyse the PDF. But the customer just sent me an email that the problem does not repeat when PDF is created on another computer.
So, your assumption that this customer's PC does not have a certain font and replaces it with something different, makes sense.
I will have to find a tool or a way to see what fonts are installed on his computer. This will show me/him that this is in fact the problem. But so far, he knows that it is his PC and not the program.
The report has nothing fancy; plain vanilla.
