Lets see....
1. Robert go VFP put back as a Core part of the MCSD program.
2. VFP was highlighted on two separate occasions on MSDN
3. The quality of press on VFP is at it's highest peak
4. VFP is the most mature and rock-solid product in Visual Studio
5. Robert keeps his promises - specifically with regard to better support
for MTS and ADO - which is coming in the next version
6. VFP is the only tool that takes on the Y2K issue head-on
I could go on.....
Gee, when you stack it up - it does not seem like that much of a failure after all...eh...
