All I can say is that I'm a beginning developer with much to learn.

I've ran the fox.reg file and was told that the information from this file has been successfully entered into the registry. However, nothing has changed. I still receive the message ".....appropriate license not found." That's why I thought there were some special instructions follow the fox.reg file to fix this license problem.

In addition, I've reinstalled VFP6 and rebuilt my application. Still, nothing has changed. This problem only happens when I run my application on a non-VFP machines. Whenever, I run it on my developing machine, it works beautifully. Any other suggestions?

However, when I downloaded the FoxReg under the Files Section (as suggested), I only got the registry file fox.reg. There were no instructions (maybe I overlooked something). If anyone knows of one, please let me know.

>The association between .REG files under Win9x and WinNT is just as automatic as the association of .EXE files with the command processor. It's not a feature of VFP in particular. I'm sure that at worst it was an oversight not to include instructions with the file, but it is a common Windows behavior, and as developers, it should be reasonable to make some assumptions about how much another developer knows about the underlying operating system.
