You stated that this is nonstandard. What is the standard method of setting up and/installing an application on a network drive.

A bit more background, I am supporting an application that resides on 12 different file servers within our organization. Our organizaion spans serveral states. I strongly prefer not to have the application placed on individual workstaions. Using the network, I only have to be conserned with 12 file servers verses say 30 or 40 user worstations.
