These users are running under WIN 98. I have SP3 installed, but I'm not sure if I created this set up rountine, using it.

I've only had one call for this problem, and the only way I was able to fix it was by deleting these files and re-running setup. Some of the files the operating system would not let me delete. This made me real nervous!

Now, others are calling saying their apps won't run after the new computer was installed. Do I have any other options for fixing this problem aside from deleting these files?
