I can modi form and bring it up with no problem. there is a problem, tho, when I make changes and attempt to save the form. The hourglass goes on forever and it locks up foxpro. I have done an end task (ctrl-alt-del) and have found a .tmp file that is over 107MB. Any ideas as to why it won't save properly?

Hi Dave,

I converted several form classes this way (in VFP 5), and in one case I had the problems with converted form. Don't remember exactly what it was, I think the form didn't want to open in Form Designer. After third attempt of converting the original VCX the form finally worked. You may try to PACK your VCX before converting, and/or try to PACK the resulting SCX after conversion.
