The Mere Mortals Framework allows the location of the database to be placed in an .ini file OR the registry. My problem was that I didn't think about that (too little sleep lately trying to get this thing done by Saturday...) My registry points the location of the database to my development drive and folder so that's why it consistently looked there.
But this brings up a bigger problem - How to test my apps on my network and hopefully duplicating the client's environment. Maybe I'll have to go back to the .ini method.
